  3. Project Warranty and Revisions: At SD Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional design work that meets your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, most projects include a defined number of revisions rounds as outlined in your quotation. It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear and complete design briefs, review drafts and revisions in a timely manner, and approve each stage before the project moves forward. Please note that any major changes, additions, or redesign requests that fall outside the original agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges.

  4. Payment Terms: All services are offered on a one-time purchase basis. We accept secure online payments through reputable payment gateways. Full payment is typically required before the project begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices and receipts will be sent via email upon successful payment.

  5. Refund & Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. You may request a refund within 5 working days from the date of payment, provided that work on your project has not yet started. Once the design process has begun or initial drafts have been delivered, refunds are no longer applicable. If you believe there is an issue with the service, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your name, invoice number, and a brief explanation. We’ll be happy to review your request and assist you.

  6. No Returns or Exchanges: As we provide digital design services, there are no returns or exchanges once final files have been delivered. We encourage all clients to review our work thoroughly during the revision phase.
